It doesn't matter as long as the prep is correct as Paul stated. I wouldn't POR15 anything but lost causes, as that is really it's purpose and the UV is an issue with it. This frame is powdered coated and yes, that wasn't your question,...but I'm trying to read a post from MAC and it just gets the left brain/right brain thing going....and the pink Dodge Truck Red frame is always good for a comment or two....
