Make sure the truck you are starting with isn't just a parts truck, you'll go broke if it's like the one I started on. Looking back I would have kept the '54 for parts and started with a truck in better shape. The one thing I'd do differently if I started over is collect all bolts, nuts, washers,etc and get them epoxy primerd. Then you don't have to wait for paint to dry on them when reassembly happens
