Keith, That's an R.S. 2477 issue. Something that the folks over at the N.P.S. DON'T like. The folks over at the N.P.S. have for years been ignoring R.S. 2477 rights of ways. The NPS has been challenging R.S. 2477 rights of ways by saying that the claim isn't valid when in fact an R.S. 2477 rights of ways are Granted. Once all the criteria was meet, the rights of ways was Granted and the NPS has NO RIGHTS what so ever to change this. But then, the NPS has been allowed to violate federal, and state laws for over 60 years. Just to satisfy their own greed. And we thought that Government officials learned from Water Gate that nobody, including the President, was above the law. Not so with the NPS. Robert
