Mark, actually mine was the same experience. I am a novice painter. The Dupont paint supplier
offered little help when I wanted to shoot the Bumblebee. I went to the PPG supplier, He took me under his wing, lead me thru everything, suggesting best product lines for a non professional painter. So you know who gets the business.
