Be careful. There are three different cast spare tire carriers and they do not interchange. They are different for WC 1/2-tons, WC 3/4-tons, and PWs with the first series bed.
There was one on e-bay recently that the seller claimed would fit all.
The seller of E-bay item number 7961583518 in Terry's post claims is is a WC 1/2-ton carrier. That looks correct, but the WC 3/4-ton carrier looks similar. I'd want a part number or a side-by-side comparison before I spend a lot of money for either WC carrier.
The PW carrier is clearly different. It slopes down to the flange where it bolts to the frame. The WCs curve in to the flange which is perpendicular to the end of the curved section.
