The brake size is 14.125, thats not the drum size. The drums when new were 14.155 to 14.165 which gave .015 to .020 clearance between each shoe and drum with adjusters backed off. VPW has .070 oversize drums for sale which if you start with the 14.155 you'd end up with 14.225. An Army tech manual I have says only .060 oversize on drums....with the 14.165 max new diameter you still end up with 14.225 max oversize.
