Shoes should hit in the middle, if they hit on the ends they will grab severly. Thats the way they fit out of the box. Then, they give a soggy pedal until they wear in, quite rapidly. We used to 'burn them in' with several hard stops before we gave the car back to the customer. Some local machine or truck brake shop may be able to arc your shoes to fit, I'm sure somebody relines stuff somewhere near you? If not, you will have to run what you got?
