Joe I dont know if you talking to someone who has a bed or if you have it in front of you? The 91 inches is the mesurement of the top rail. The overall lenth is 93 inches with the space behind cab, your right where you want to be! Go to Power Wagon home page and click on pictures. Go to number 2 power wagons then go to picture#259. This picture shows space between bed and cab real well. Now go to picture# 394 and 395. This is a 3/4ton dodge bed on a ffpw. This is third series style but you can see how the fenders were on 3/4 ton truck. Now go to picture# 441 and 442. This is second series style bed off a 3/4 ton. Notice the fenders on this bed. This bed is Identical to my bed. Sets right on the ffpw frame. The fenders are a different radius for the 3/4 ton but ffpw fenders would bolt right up!
