Yes you can. Just like a Power Wagon. You need a PTO unit which bolts on the drivers side of the trans, a driveline, a winch and brackets, bumpers etc. Power Wagon frame extensions will slide right in but if you are going to do heavy winching holes will need to be drilled in the frame to accomodate the same bolt arrangement that the PWs have. WW2 Dodges actually had longer frames for winch models eliminating the need for extensions.
