I have a 62 and I'm not the expert on the history of these but I seem to recall they all had the Ford Anglia flat head and trans in them. As far as "one of 50", could be but I seem to remember they made about 300 total. Could be they made 50 that year. This guy uses the word rare twice and near mint (red flags) on a machine that has a lot of rebuilds and repairs and spare parts not to mention a non original winch bolted or welded to the front end. Notice 0 bids. There was one last week or two that went for around $1500., that was not as nice condition but certainly worth more than that price. Gordon and I figured it could have gone for more like $5000. This one probably won't get a bid with that high of reserve. I think he may have "rared" himself out of the market. Will probably relist after they sober up and de-rare. Don Michielsky (splg) must know this machine as it is in his neck of the woods and he has one. Any body hear from him of late he used to be on here a bit.
