Well I did it , I managed to get 275 screw holes filled in the roof . I have jumped around and have several other dents and light holes roughed in too. The seam across the roof is close to being completely filled with weld. I plan on putting a stock looking trim piece back in place. I even left the original roof out of alignment. It came that way from the factory after all.

Now a question. I know some of you are running Danas under your rigs. What with the stock purch on the pumpkin and the fact that the original frame is narrowerthan most dana spring mounts . How do you pull it off ? Is there enough wiggle room to just move the spring inboard on the Cast pumpkin side or have you moved the spring out board. Yeah I know I could narrow the axle or use a newer frame but I have no itention of going that way.

thanks guys.
