P.S here is a poor translation of the text by the image:

We could call this bizarro vehicle Dodge Wc-66? Still we receive many photos from jeeps and vehicles very modified of its original state or poor restored to be shown as good examples of restoration here in the site of the CVMARJ. But this example of Dodge "WC-either there what it will be" of three axles, configured as a Command Car, is really a madness! Who in ordered the photo to them was again our friend Dr Jerome Stevens, of Paris. It guarantees that this is not a fotomontagem, therefore it directed () this vehicle... Personal calm, we do not go to be with earthworm in the head...
