the old bearings and check (each and every bearing) (write down each bearing clearance)
need to know what you are working with before
you dump more $$$ into it
then pull the crank & have it (each and every journal) checked with a micrometer by a machinest (for both size and "roundness") again write down each measurement - could be you are working with an undersize crank
the only correct way is to measure everything and then you know exactally what you are working with
I cannot tell from the pictures
myself I would take it back to the shop that
did the work and have them check it with you
right there as they are probably as interested to see what the problem(s) are as you are
just my 2cents
