These items are TOTALLY guaranteed to be as described (they were professionally inspected and appear to be in excellent conditions), if you are not totally satisfied with the Item(s) you received, if you feel what you received is not what we offered, we will gladly work with you to resolve any inconvenience.
1. Any disputes regarding differences between a description and the actual Item(s) must be brought to our attention immediately (within 3 days!) upon your receipt of the Item(s).
2. I guarantee the sidewall, but if there is a patch or a plug in the tread it is ok (applies to used tires only).
3. Buyer assumes any and all fitment responsibility.
Their Sales statement, like most sales statements is meaningless, vauge, and misleading.
He should give the remaining tread measurements, not his opinion of the % of tread left to ride on.
Facts, not opinions is what I look for when buying a product. It is also what i give when trying to sell a product.
