the debris usually happens when one dual
goes low on air placing all the load on the
tire next to it causing it to come apart
also the heat build up from overload or low air can cause any tire to come apart
trucks in the US are driven harder than anywhere else in the world
start in NY drive straight thru to the west coast (relief drivers) stopping only for esentials max load and at speeds above 70mph
then unload and right back
nothing ever cools down
