I live in Canada, and have brought vehicles back from the states and just have a couple of tips:
1. Make sure that you take all serial nos and info off the truck before loading it, as sometomes it is not so easy when it;s on the trailer.
2. Ask at both customs offices when you cross what you will need when you come back.
