Aaron, in 1963 Chrysler built a W300 and equipped it with Terra tires and extended fenders plus a winch. It had a flat bed. It had a three cylinder GM (presumably Detroit) diesel in it. It was built especially for and submitted to the US Army to test in Execise Swamp Fox II in Panama. The purpose of the excercise was to evalute several types of trucks over various conditions. To my knowlede it wasn't produced with the name Swamp Fox on it. Could this be the truck you are looking for and possibly the same one you mention above?
