You need to check the length of the crankshaft also. Dodge passanger cars generally used an eight bolt crank for the fluid drive torque converter. If the engine came from a fluid drive the crank may be about 1/4 longer. I don't know what the stock PW crank is, 4 or 8 bolt, so it many not be a problem.
