Parts Database form

I've put together a sample of an input form for the parts database.

If you can spare a minute, take a look and let me know if it has enough substance to enter parts info.

Its not working yet, this is just the 1st step.

Bill L (apologies for not knowing your last name Bill) was nice enough to send me his M-37 parts database, which I used to pick the categories in the pull down.
As far as including trucks, I'd like to start with Power Wagons WDX-WM300, M-37, and WC styles. If it works out I can add other styles later.
