I have all of the necessary pieces to put a cast crank 440 into my 70 D-300. The engine was originally Automatic equipped and I am unsure as to which flywheel will work. In an article in the May '97 PWA, Ross Claypool suggests that " the same flywheel used for the 318 with the 11 inch clutch is used for the twelve inch clutch on the 440". Does this refer to externally balanced engines like mine? Any thoughts on this subject would be appreciated. Thanks, Pete
