I hadn't seen that thread on the Binder Bulletin - thanks for the heads up. If I ever get back to Colorado Springs, I plan to spend considerable time at D & C Extreme. I went by their place several years ago before getting into Scouts - I know where the shop is for sure.

We tossed the Jeep springs and went back with a set of stock Scout springs for a softer ride and better flex. We welded new spring perches on the rear Dana 70 to the stock Scout width. The front Dana 60 from the Dodge Cummins Turbo Diesel fit exactly onto the Scout springs!! It appears that the Dodge engineers were using the IHC spec's for the front spring spacing - pretty amazing. We are fabbing up shock mounts now.
