I have a roof mounted emergency flasher for a tow truck, plow rig, whatever. It has a cut glass fresnel lense which is clear and inside that is a pair of 1/2 globes, one red and one amber so it flashes red toward the rear and amber toward the front. I have never seen one like it. It is made by "Griffin, #960, Hamilton Ohio". It has a twin filliment bulb, 12 volts but swap with a 6v if needed. I replaced the wires on it and the bulb lights. The socket is in really nice shape. The base was chromed 50 years ago but there is precious little chrome left on it now. Base would paint well. it is pitted but nowhere near rusted through.
