don't want to spend $140, and because I was safe for the conditions (in my humble opinion!). It's sad to have to play the system, but hey, I didn't make the rules, and you know they're most likely going to nail me for the full amount anyway. I am trying not to get paranoid after getting pulled over the very next day by a motorcycle cop, who said I didn't signal my lane change. I told him I don't have turn signals, and usually do use the arm, but didn't have the window down. He only gave me a warning. I think he liked the truck more than the previous day's cop. Maybe it's time to paint the old beast so it doesn't look like easy money to the POlice?
