Aurthur you are a bussiness man remember that. I was a contractor for 13 years and there were allways people out there who would try to get my work. Dog eat Dog world but what was more important that I responded in a bussness like manner to these problems and not let it get to me like they wanted it to. If you let a post cause you to lose control you lose and he wins. You just need to respond with the truth about the parts where and how you can get service to counter the problem. By getting upset and flying off at the handle you may scare off others into thinking there is a problem. Not ragging on you just stating facts what others read in how you respond shows how professional you are. Let it be known with thru facts that there is not a problem with the parts and just drop it. The negitive post will be gone in a few days and the world will still turn. Mark H.
