Unfortunately, I too find myself paying far too much for insurance. Not because of bad driving records, but because the insurace companies are thieves.
But, for those who may not be aware, there is some good news. Real good...

The quote I got from my regular insurace co. to insure a 54 M37 was arround $700/yr!
The premium I pay Hagerty is less than $90!
There is a couple of catches...of course.
1. The vehicle must be locked inside a garage.
2. You must provide proof that you maintain insurance on another vehicle that is used for your daily use.
3. The vehicle must be antique.(They do antique boats too.)
In my case, I met all the requirements. After providing them with my own assested value, deductable and a couple of photos of my Dodge, I had the policy effective that week.
Best of all, their people were very polite.
Check'em out. A fellow M37 owner turned me on to them a while back. Best advise I got in a while.
Hopefully, some of you guys too can benefit from a good tip.
