Blow some compressed air up through the hole. Then drain tank and filter fuel.
I'm sure you've done it, but be sure to check your points, ect for corrosion. Make sure you have spark.
Also make sure your diaphram in your mechanical pump is in proper condition or youll pump fuel into your oil.
