Anyone Used Rust Converter?

Was in the local store and saw some form of "rust converter" with all the auto body paints. Seems that you spray or brush it on just like primer before painting.

Anyone ever use this kind of stuff? Does it really work?

Ive got a few spots of very light surface rust that I want to repair.
