Hi Will,
You should try it sometime. With the right gear (lots of wool and fleece) it is alot of fun. I didnt think I would like it either 6 years ago when my wife signed me up to go on a winter camp out with the scouts (without my knowlege) and here I am just loving it and the Scoutmaster to boot!
