I own half of a FFPW like I described. It is sitting in storage in the tricities. this year is out for us, would need some work to pass. But thanks for the info. I will look you up when we are closer to reality. I am going to buy or build a home somewhere in washington but haven't decided where yet. So that will probably determine where we would try to get signed up.
