The truck was all grey. In black on the door it has: U.S. NAVY then under that was 94-11200 and then in smaller print the bottom line read for official use only. Rear of the door it reads MEDICAL DEPARTMENT in black letters about 3" high. There was a spot light on the drivers side between the door and windshield (lower). It sported a big siren above the center of the windshield with a metal black box about 10" high by two feet long on the driver's running board. There were Power Wagon special equipment headlight guards and the arrow type turnsignals on the top of the front fenders. Should be a full width step bumper on the rear. Single whip antenna on the passenger side rear of the door. Standard Power Wagon emblems on the hood. The standard front bumper with tow hooks and rear bumper were black as well as the running boards. The wheels are grey.
