The 251 has a four-bolt flange. If it's not a show truck you can probably have yours repaired for alot less by a welder with nickel rod. I had this done not too long ago.

If you do replace it (I ultimately replaced mine) make sure the manifold you get has the type of thermostat for the heat riser designed to fit around the crankcase breather inlet pipe that plumbs into the intake manifold. Or hang on to your original thermostat and switch it over to the new manifold.

By the way, someone else posted that you should use soft exhaust hangers to reduce the tendency for these manifolds to crack. I plan to do the same. Good luck!
