Paul where are located? I staightened a couple of Power Giant front bumpers and my TW rear bumper by using my mini excavator and a large sledge hammer. I know you probably don't have a mini ex to hold it down but it worked for me. Like the guys said a bumper shop should be able to whip it into shape. Or if you're close to NE Indiana I can give it a try.
