Right fork, on right?

Is the fork hitting the brg support? Due to not being snapped onto it's ball properly? I assume this is a commercial model, not a FF?

and, is it the right tranny? or does tightening the bolts push something out of alignment? or too long of bolts, hitting somethin inside?
