"when you make a post that slams someone or something you might just leave your name & email address like the rest of us"

I don't recall slamming anyone! I merely stated my opinion concerning late model Dodge trucks, which I feel I have every right to, since I own one.

BTW - See email above.

I can't recall the number of times I've read here and elsewhere people slamming Chevy's Fords, etc, and yet thats OK? Excuse me for offending someone, but I have a right to my opinion, and I stand by it.

Yes, I agree that parts will wear out, and age is not a factor. However when I owned a Ford truck(this was over a decade ago mind you), I never experienced the kinds of problems in the such a short time period, as I have with the current truck. And my driving habits and daily mileage then were the same as now. So don't say that all brands wear the same etc, because I have experienced just the opposite, as I' msure many others have to. If this were not so, then brand loyalty would not exist.

BTW - I have 70XXX miles on my truck. A friend of mine has close to 250,000 on his Nissan and he has not had half the problems my truck has had when his was at the same mileage mine is now. So that worn out line about "American is just as good" doesn't hold water with me anymore. And yes I am surprised myself that I would be saying that, at least from a brand loyalty standpoint. However these days when it comes to quality, "Money talks and bullshit walks". Im willing to pay a little more for qaulity, even if that means going with a "rice burner".

Hey if you're happy to expect your vehicles to get 70XXX plus miles before they start headng south, then go for it. Thats your business. However don't bust my stones just because I may don't agreeew with your opinions concerning Dodge. As I said, this has nothing to do with military or 40's 50's vintage Dodge products. I am strictly directing my frustrations at late model Chrysler products.
