Howard,
It's always best to leave your drums & hubs as a unit. You could mark where the drum goes in relation to the hub but for what it's worth...I'd just pull the axle.
Of all the power wagons I've had...I don't think I've ever bought one where the drums were turned correctly & didn't wobble.
