I know of at least 10 (more if I thought about it) WDX-WM300s in a 4 hour radius of me, but most would not be worth the fuel it would take to bring them home.
Take a look under my name on the PW registry to see a few.
I think PWs are everywhere, as everywhere I have gone in the country I have found at least one or two. I am told all the time that there are no good junkyards, or any old trucks in a given area, and I always find some. Like Clint said, they are out in the boonies, and hidden from view.
Of course anything found out in a field after 40 years is going to need work to be put back on the road, and may not be worth putting back on the road in the end.
