If it has the complete body, tailgate, liftgate, all the latches and stuff, plus the drivers seat at least, and the engine is 'right' then grab it.
You always have to make some of the seats, recover the roof, replace the windows, but I'd never advise anyone to buy one that was missing the liftgate and tailgate, for example.
