There are no "engineers" in the traditional sense of the word, at Dodge or anywhere else.
If there are, they are repressed and brow-beaten into adhering to the company line.
There are bean counters, lawyers, empty suits, "marketing experts" and congenitally stupid managers.
Do you read "Dilbert"? It is written by an engineer. He doesn't need to make the stuff up.
