Valve Questions

Since I have the WM300 all apart I decided to pull the head and take a look at the pistons and valves. The number one exhaust valve is stuck wide open. The lifter raises the valve, compressing the spring but when the lifter drops the spring stays compressed and the valve stays up. When I tap the valve with a hammer, the valve the spring releases with a loud snap and the valve drops. There is some corrosion in the area, possibly from a leakning head gasket.

Also, the tops of all of the exhaust valves are concave instead of convex like shown in the shop manual. Is this what they mean by burnt valves?

Should I replace the valves? Valves and springs? Thanks for any advice.
