I too went to a rear sump on my 318. The pan I bought from Performance Auto Warehouse came with the dip stick and tube that fits the original 318 passenger side dip stick hole. The guide to get the stick to the sump is welded inside the pan. It came as a "kit" with everything including a new pump pickup, dip stick and tube.
