Here's my take on those gadgets, first why take your eye off of the trail to look at a gauge that will tell you at what point you rolled? You would need to calibrate the gauge and mark it after tipping your truck over once first. Second, every time out on the trail is going to find your rig with different parameters, ie: fuel and passenger load, cargo, tire pressure, etc.
I'd spend more time learning the "feel" of my rig and less time spending money on dubious gadgets. That are not really practical, but make the dash look cool. Now, if someone make a high quality unit that had an audible alarm that might make some sense, but again, how are you going to calibrate it?
