PM = Mound Road plant

318 = 318ci

R = Regular Gasoline

2384 = date built, in this case Feb. 6th 1968

2268 = engine built that day

This basicly makes it your standard 1968 Dodge Truck LA 318.

If it was a H engine instead of a R engine it would be heavy duty.
