W200 not D200, the NP435 D3 IS a granny 4 speed, with either the gear Russ mentioned or a 6.47 1st. The truck has the light front end, HD was 3500....and I'm pretty sure that the donor truck is a Dodge as Dodner went out of business in 1927...= )
