you might try to find an Old time Journeyman Dodge mechanic (check with the local machinest Union office) in your area to help you with the refurbishing of the brake system as it sounds like from your posts you are not a trained mechanic very very few mechanics working today have worked on or even seen the PW setup and do not have a clue as to how to set it up correctly without the factory shop
manuals (which you can get from VPW)
the words that strike fear in every mechanics
heart is when an owner says "I know it is right I did it myself" (same in real estate)
