Hey everyone,I bought a 51 ffpw this spring and just two weeks ago got it in the new shop building that I have just built. Anyway been doing a lot of looking and poking around and thank's to Paul {in N.Y.} found out that the gear ratio that I have is 4.89. As I was checking things out I had the right front tire off the ground and noticed that it seems to have a lot of slop in the driveshaft. What I mean is I can move the tire rotation about 6 to 7 inches before gears lock in as I am holding on to the front drivshaft. I can also feel a type of ratcheting of 7to8 clicks before things grab hold and starts to firm up. Any thoughts or ideas of this to be normal or is something going on that I am not going to be a happy Fleabag? Thanks Fleabag!!
