kanter lists engine rebuild kits with the 241
about 1,500 US with some pieces being
exchange cam, rocker shafts, etc
then you would also have machine shop
costs to rebuild engine
which you would have to do for sure if you
intend on "hopping it up" (old term for high
performance add ons)
add this up and you might be ahead to buy
a crate motor from mopar performance
food for thought
now perhaps the engine is in good condition
and you can use it as is ?
can you turn it over with the starter ?
check the compression ?
