Hello Mark,

I've been running an old 8' Western on my 74 Dodge CC since 1989 here in Alaska. They do have the tendency to flip over pretty easily, other than that, pretty realiable. Couple of things I'd recommend: Install a second battery with an isolater, upgrade to at least a 100 amp alternator, and run aviation hydraulic fluid. If you're trying to push some frozen or heavy snow berms in the spring, remember to let off the accelerator as you hit them. It cost me the front spider gears in the learning process. CJ I've been plowing the other 2' of snow you forgot down here! The Boss plows look great, but the weak point is the center area just outboard of the hinge. I've seen several with substantial cracks in the blade that have been repaired.

..Brett..
