There is a factory-type photo of a 2wd PG D300 with the dually bed on either DOCMOs and/or DTOA sites.
Also, I was bidding (ebay a month ago) on a 1958 D300 that had the dually utiline bed, and incredibly long one-piece running boards apparently specific to that model.
Just because is was not stated as an option does not mean that it did not exist or get ordered......SEG. Knowing that 2wds could be ordered with one, I would tend to believe that $$$ would one on a W300 as well.
