I'm gonna see if I can find some new latches. The little plastic tips are surely worn.
I got a chance to look at a '93 yesterday. I now understand the difference, but don't think the new design was a substantial improvement.
The glass on my particular truck almost looks as if it was cut too small. I might try to build a frame for the glass to extend and make full contact with the rubber.
