There are two items which the photo does not tell us;
1) is the differential on the same horizontal plane as the transmission? and
2) is the differential "canted" towards the transmission?
The photo, which may be deceiving, seems to suggest that the diffential is "aimed" towards the trans, but I cannot say for sure.
